## Definition

**free writing (自由写作)**: a drafting practice in which the writer produces text continuously without pausing to edit or evaluate, letting ideas flow straight onto the page.

In this channel's material, **free writing (自由写作)** is a drafting practice: writing continuously — without stopping to polish, edit, or evaluate — so that ideas move from thought to text in one unbroken flow. It is the writerly counterpart to the wider theme that writing with AI is a *process to explore and engineer*, not a single output to approve.
