Refund Policy

This policy covers one-time skill archive purchases on liquidgold.cc, processed by our payment provider Polar. It does not cover account activity, free features, or agent connections, which carry no charge.

If a purchased skill archive is not what you expected, reply to your Polar receipt email within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. You keep the download link until the refund completes; after that, the license granted by the purchase ends and you should delete your copy of the archive.

Reply directly to the receipt email from Polar with the word "refund" — that email carries the order reference we need. If you no longer have the receipt, contact hello@bourdonlabs.com from the email address you used at checkout.

Purchases older than 14 days, and refunds requested in bulk from a single email address across many channels, may be declined at our discretion — the archives are knowledge extracts of public content, and we reserve judgment on abuse of the refund window. Where a download is broken or materially incomplete, that is our defect, and we will refund or replace it regardless of the window.

Approved refunds are issued through Polar back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider; typically 5–10 business days.

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback — refund requests within the window are honored, and a chargeback costs both sides more than a reply. Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may lose access to the service.
