Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and BourdonLab, the operator of liquidgold.cc ("Liquid Gold", "we", "us"). By using Liquid Gold you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Liquid Gold turns public YouTube channels into structured knowledge: topics, transcripts, videos, and packaged learning skills. You explore channels, follow what you trust, and can connect AI agents to the same reads via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Liquid Gold is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your agent connections trusted. If you believe your account was compromised, contact us so we can revoke active sessions.

Skill archives are one-time purchases processed by our payment provider, Polar. We do not store your card details. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the skill archive for as long as we operate the service.

Download links are private and may expire or be revoked. Use the recovery flow from your purchase email instead of editing link credentials by hand. If a payment confirmation fails, you will not be charged twice for the same checkout.

When you connect an AI agent (MCP client) to Liquid Gold, you approve the connection and the agent acts as you within the granted scopes — reading public channels, your library, and your bookmarks and votes. Agents never receive your password or your browser session. You may disconnect an agent at any time.

Channel knowledge is derived from public YouTube data. We do not own that content; the original creators do. Use what Liquid Gold shows you for personal learning, and respect the rights of the creators whose work underlies it. Do not resell or redistribute channel content or skill archives.

Use Liquid Gold lawfully. Do not attack or overload the service, circumvent payment or access controls, or use the service to infringe others' rights. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or discontinue parts of Liquid Gold. If a change materially reduces something you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
