South Downs National Park Authority, Southern Water, the Environment Agency & Brighton & Hove City Council are working together to protect our precious groundwater. As with many of our natural resources our groundwater is under threat – from population pressures and as a side effect of modern farming and lifestyles. The Aquifer Partnership (TAP) is taking action to address the threat and ensure our groundwater remains a sustainable resource for the future. TAP's focus is on the Brighton Chalk Block, extending between the Rivers Ouse and Adur.
